Apsley mansion, bowling alley and Structural, and Cosmetic Exterior Restorations 2016 to 2017.

1999 (birth of my first daughter Sophia)

Condo conversion from duplex= first house Sophia was grew up in, 62–64, Rowe St. (at one point I owed my Painter $100,000 I had every single credit card, Construction loan, maxed out in the process of condoizing this building. 

Everyone got paid, in the end we cleared $499,000  ($1000 under the capital gains tax).

2001 (Birth of my second daughter, Hannah)

98 Hawthorne Ave., First house Hannah grew up in, purchased abutting golf course (Woodland).

 

Purchased for $657,000, thoroughly renovated, and sold for $950,000.

 

Built Pennsylvania field Flatstone stone walls around the front trees and rear trees, along with lighting for holiday decorations.

 

New Pennsylvania field Flatstone front stairs with new handrail whole new front façade of house. Etc..
